Paula Nogueira is the founder of Saphio. She has over 10 years of experience working with people, processes and client relationships, including the last 7 years focused on HR management and recruitment across technology, sales and marketing, in Brazil, Ireland and Portugal.
Her background also includes account management and customer success, working closely with clients and international teams. This combination allows her to understand business needs, build trusted client relationships and connect them with a people-centred approach to recruitment and career development.
Through Saphio, she brings these experiences together to connect professionals and organisations, building trusted relationships and creating opportunities for meaningful growth.
